What does MOC/MISB/MIB mean?

These are terms used in the collecting world to describe the condition of certain objects. MOC stands for ''Mint on card' meaning the item is still sealed on its original cardback and has never been opened. The same for MISB which means ''Mint in Sealed Box" telling you the item is still in its original box and that box has never been opened. MIB means ''Mint In Box" This means the object is no longer sealed but it comes all complete in its non-sealed original packaging. There are a lot more of these terms used in the collecting community. When we use them in our webshop we will make sure to make them clear in the description of the object.

 

What about Reproductions?

As collectors ourselves we are aware there are a lot of reproductions, customs etc. out there often being sold as ''the real deal''. At Collecting Unleashed we have a strikt No Repro Policy. This means all products on our website are 100% Original (unless expressly stated in very rare occasions). All our items are closely inspected before being listed and we try to give you as many details as possible in the description and photos to make sure you won't be disappointed when you receive your package.

We are still human, so it is always possible something might slip through the net. If this is the case, contact us and we will work out a solution. We always love some help from the collecting community as well. If you see anything on our website that we might have overlooked and looks repro to you? Let us know! So we can fix the issue before the items get sold. If we have any doubts about the authenticity of an object, we make sure to get a second opinion before we list is on our website.

 

Do you have a physical store we can visit?

At this point we are only online.

 

Pre-Orders

At this moment it is not possible to place pre-orders on upcoming releases on our website.

Possibly we might add this function in the future. We will try our best to keep you as updated as possible on our stock through our social media channels.

 

Shipping

We try to ship your order as soon as possible. Usually this means within 1 to 7 business days after your order has been placed or we have received your payment. In some occasions we might not be able to meet these expectations. When this is the case (for example when we are on holiday) a pop-up will appear on our website to make sure you are notified before placing your order. In some cases we will compensate for this inconvenience (this will be mentioned).

The quality for shipping is very important to us as well. We wouldn't like you to receive something that got damaged during shipping, so we make sure your orders are very well protected before we ship them to avoid any kind of damage. In some cases we take extra measurements to ensure safe shipping. For example we might ship carded action figures in a protective case, when we do this, it will be stated in the description of the object.

GOOD TO KNOW:  we have multiple shipping options per country, so check carefully which one is the easiest or cheapest for you!
